Find Your State’s PTI

Free help for families from Parent Training and Information Centers and Community Parent Resource Centers in every state, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories.

Every state has at least one Parent Training and Information Center (PTI). PTIs are funded by the U.S. Department of Education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to give families of children and youth with disabilities, from birth to age 26, free information and training. Some areas also have Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) that focus on specific communities.

Choose your state on the map or from the list to see its centers. Some states have more than one, often serving different regions or communities.

About this list

Source: the official Parent Center directory of the Center for Parent Information and Resources (CPIR), parentcenterhub.org/find-your-center (opens in a new tab). Center names and websites were checked against that directory, and every link on this page was tested. Last verified: November 4, 2026.

Where the directory’s web address had moved or redirected, the link here goes to the center’s current home page. Centers labeled “Parent Center” are listed in the directory without a PTI or CPRC label.
